The artists/ photographers who create and build their own props, yeah that’s me, lol. I have a few projects going on right now.

I’ve started a crayon melting piece for a commission, but I didn’t have enough crayons so I have to buy more.

I made this huge piece. It’s far from finished but if you can imagine it, it’ll be like one of those huge victorian collars that wrap around your neck. I just need to paint it and add the materials and fabrics to it.

The boxes and paper twists are a shoulder piece I’m coming up with for an entire outfit I’m trying to form together. I didn’t want to glue them together because I still need to paint it, add material, and fabric to it. I also need to purchase some ties in order for it to connect to the upper arm and shoulder blade.

Also, I have added on to a recent WIP as well! I added the beads to the top to hang and the heart piece in the center.

I’m really hoping that once I’ve pieced these together they’ll all form something amazing!

Day 3: Make something out of paper, but don’t use scissors or glue or draw on it. What now? (And no, you don’t have to know origami to do this.)

Alright, so loop holes. First off I didn’t really just want to rip paper and make a 2D key. I wanted something 3D. So, because I couldn’t use scissors, I used an exacto knife for the grooves and a pencil for the holes. I couldn’t glue it together so I taped it together. Last, I couldn’t draw on it so instead I burned it to make it seem more vintage. It’s a very simple key, but I actually like it.
